Student Absence
If your child will be away due to illness, an appointment, family reasons or other short-term matters, you can log this through the Compass app or website at anytime.

Attendance notes are as follows:

Notified as Sick e.g. sick/unwell

Reasonable Cause e.g. appointment

Cultural Absence e.g. religious events

Authorised Vacation – please do not use. For extended leave due to a family holiday, please email the office as this requires approval from the Principal
Where possible, please advise any absences in advance. If the absence is not explained by 10am you will receive an automatic text message with a link to explain the absence.
If your child arrives at school anytime after 8:50am they will need to sign-in at the office, even if you have notified us via Compass.
