Pre-Primary to Year 6 Enrolments 2026

​

To apply for a place in a Pre-Primary to Year 6 program at Wembley Downs Primary please complete the following:

 

Step 1 - Check you are in our local catchment click here.

Step 2 - Complete and return an ‘Application for Enrolment’ form. Printed forms are also available from the school office.​​​

You need to provide

 

Evidence of your child’s age and residential status is needed when making an application to enrol your child in a public school. This evidence includes:

​

• Birth Certificate or Passport – contact the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages on 1300 305 021 if you don’t have a copy

• Immunisation Record (not more than 2 months old) – visit MyGov or contact the Australian Immunisation Register on
  1800 653 809

• Proof of residential address (must be a utility bill e.g. Gas, Electricity or Water or a purchase or lease agreement)

• Family Court or any other court orders (if applicable)

• Visa details (if applicable). If you are on a full fee paying Visa, please contact TIWA (Tafe International WA) on
  9218 2100 or go to their website https://www.tafeinternational.wa.edu.au/
